Help us respond faster

Include the Ofsy version/build number, your iPhone model, iOS version and the steps that reproduce the problem. Never send your password, one-time code or secret keys.

Delete your account

Use Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app. If you cannot access your account, email support@ofsy.app from the account email address. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity; we will not ask for your password.

Report and block

Use Report or Block from a player’s menu. We review safety reports and take action where appropriate. Contact local emergency services if there is an immediate physical danger.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection requests, email support@ofsy.app with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. See the Privacy Policy for details.
