1. Acceptance and account

You must be at least 13 to use Ofsy. By creating an account, you state that you are at least 13, accept these Terms and acknowledge the data practices in the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate and current information, protect your sign-in details and take responsibility for activity on your account. Impersonation, unauthorised account use and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

2. Club and match information

You must enter match, attendance, squad, draft, score, goal, assist and vote information honestly. Club administrators may manage members and matches within their own club; this role does not authorise them to act on behalf of Ofsy. OP, ratings, badges and standings are product outputs for entertainment and organisation.

3. Playing safely

Ofsy is software that helps organise amateur football. It is not a match organiser, venue operator, healthcare or insurance provider. You are responsible for assessing your fitness, equipment, weather and pitch conditions and whether it is safe to participate. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

4. Content and limited licence

You retain rights in the content you share. You grant only the limited permission needed for Ofsy to host, display and technically adapt that content to provide club, match, profile, standings and safety features for the duration of the service. You must hold the rights required for content you submit.

5. Community safety

Harassment, threats, hate speech, obscene or unlawful content, encouragement of violence, spam, fraud, unauthorised sharing of personal data and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. You can use Report and Block from a player’s menu. We review safety reports and take action where appropriate. Contact local emergency services rather than relying on in-app reports where there is an immediate physical danger.

6. Enforcement and appeals

Content that violates these rules may be removed, and access to features, club membership or accounts may be limited or terminated. Where safety and legal obligations allow, we will explain the reason. To appeal, email support@ofsy.app.

7. Service availability

Ofsy relies on third-party technical infrastructure. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the service is provided as available and liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Ofsy Elite subscriptions

Ofsy Elite may be offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store. The price and trial eligibility shown in the app are determined by Apple for your account and storefront. At the end of the period shown in the purchase confirmation, the subscription renews and your Apple account is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Apple determines free-trial eligibility; more than one introductory benefit in the same subscription group is not guaranteed. Purchases, billing and refunds are governed by Apple’s rules. Ofsy grants Elite access only while Apple reports a verified active transaction.

9. Ending your account and changes

You can delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete account. Further processing is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms may change for security, legal or product-development reasons; the updated text and effective date will be published here, with additional notice where legally required.
